Class fees are non-refundable once class has begun. Fees may be applied to future class sessions or transferred to another attendee but must be completed within six months. They cannot be applied to private sessions. Private session refunds are offered on a case-by-case basis and in only two circumstances: in the case of a dog having passed away or a dog's physical health will not allow for future training. In the event a dog is rehomed, the private sessions may be transferred to the new owner. There will be a $50.00 non-refundable cancellation charge for all appointments not cancelled within 24 hours. In the event that you need to cancel, we will be happy to defer your appointment to a future date.
