By submitting this form you agree to all the conditions of registration described herein, and acknowledge and agree that your participation in puppy socialization parties involves some risk and he/she knowingly assumes all risks attendant thereto. The registrant does herewith disclaim and indemnify and hold harmless any and all persons connected with TPSP, including but not limited to all TPSP professional members, from any and all loss, damage, sickness, and expense by reason of participating in puppy socialization parties.
